      根据2015—2019年禁烧时期和2020—2023年森林计划烧除时期凉山州空气质量对比分析结果,森林计划烧除对凉山州大气环境的影响主要集中在PM2.5和PM10浓度贡献,并对短期空气质量等级有所影响。为了判断计划烧除的贡献,基于空气质量监测数据和气象观测数据,建立了常规条件下PM2.5和PM10日平均浓度与关键气象因子的多元线性回归方程,定量评估森林计划烧除的贡献。置信度校验表明,评估方程可用。评估结果显示,2024年1月计划烧除对凉山州PM2.5日平均浓度的贡献比例为40.7%~80.1%,对当月PM2.5平均浓度的贡献在34%左右;对PM10日平均浓度的贡献比例为34.7%~73.5%,对当月PM10平均浓度的贡献在27%左右;对年平均浓度水平影响较小,对PM2.5、PM10年平均浓度的贡献分别在5.8%、3.6%左右。研究结果可用于支持未来一个月空气质量连续预测,实现快速评估计划烧除贡献,支撑四川省大气“天空地”一体化溯源防控平台功能升级,保障管理部门林火管理、污染预警和快速评价需求。

      According to a comparative analysis result of the air quality in Liangshan City during the 2015-2019 burning ban period and the 2020-2023 forest prescribed burning period,the impact of prescribed burning on the atmospheric environment mainly manifests in contributions to PM2.5 and PM10 concentration,and has an impact on short-term air quality levels.In order to determine the contribution of prescribed burning,a multiple linear regression equation of daily average PM2.5 and PM10 concentration to key meteorological factors under conventional conditions was established using air quality monitoring data and meteorological observations,the impact of prescribed burning of forest on air quality was quantitatively evaluated.The confidence check indicated that the equation was available.The results showed that the proportion of the prescribed burning in January 2024 on the daily average concentration of PM2.5 in Liangshan was 40.7%-80.1%,with a contribution of about 34% to the monthly average concentration of PM2.5,and the proportion of the prescribed burning on the daily average concentration of PM10 was 34.7%-73.5%,with a contribution of about 27% to the monthly average concentration of PM10.But it had a relatively small impact on the annual concentration level,contributing around 5.8% and 3.6% to the annual concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10.These findings can support continuous air quality predictions for the upcoming month,enable rapid assessment of the contribution of prescribed burning,which can be applied to the local management platform,and can support the management department's long-term and rapid needs for guiding forest fire management,pollution early warning,and rapid evaluation.
