      为解决水污染源在线监测系统验收比对不合格率高的问题,研究了导致比对不合格的关键因素,发现是水污染源在线监测系统法和手工法所取样品中的不溶性固体含量的不一致。研究表明,在进样前摇匀并在10 s内完成取样,可使样品中的不溶性固体均匀分布,并使水污染源在线监测系统法两次平行测定结果的相对误差在10%以内,使水污染源在线监测系统法和手工法所取样品中的不溶性固体的含量一致,进而使样品CODCr、TP、TN含量测定结果一致,实现比对合格。实验结果显示,进样前摇匀并在10 s内完成取样这一措施,可使水污染源在线监测系统法和手工法测定结果的比对合格率从低于55%提升到90%以上。此措施大幅提升了水污染源在线监测系统验收比对的合格率,且简便、易操作、经济又环保,适用于污水处理厂进水口、排放口及生产型企业排放口的水污染源在线监测系统验收比对,可在环境监测行业广泛推广。

      This study is designed to address the elevated rates of non-conformance observed during the verification and validation processes of online monitoring systems for water pollution sources.Through research,it is found that the key factor leading to unqualified comparison is the inconsistent content of insoluble solids in the samples taken by the on-line water pollution source monitoring system method and the manual method.Research shows that shaking well before sampling and completing the sampling within 10 seconds ensures uniform distribution of insoluble solids in the sample,make the relative error of the two parallel determination results of the on-line water pollution source monitoring system method within 10%,and achieves consistency in insoluble solids content between samples collected by both methods.Consequently,it ensures consistent determination results for CODCr,TP and TN content in the samples,thus achieving qualified comparison.The results show that the measure of shaking well before sampling and completing the sampling within 10 seconds has increased the qualified rate of comparison between the on-line water pollution source monitoring system method and the manual method determination results from below 55% to over 90%.This measure enhances the qualified rate of acceptance comparison of on-line water pollution source monitoring systems,and is simple,easy to operate,economical and environmentally friendly.It is applicable to the acceptance comparison of on-line water pollution source monitoring systems at the water inlet,outlet of sewage treatment plants and the outlet of production-type enterprises,and can be widely promoted in the environmental monitoring industry.
