| 因果关系分析是环境损害鉴定中专业性极强的难点问题。通过对湖北省某医药工业园与下游地下水污染因果关系识别实践的研究,提出以高分辨质谱非靶向筛查+常规指标检测为技术手段,构建基于非靶向筛查的环境损害因果关系识别方法技术体系,包括环境损害确定、同源性分析、迁移路径识别、损害贡献分析4个步骤。利用超高效液相色谱串联飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)技术对6家潜在污染源和受体端样点水样进行有机物非靶向筛查分析,结果显示:受体端水样和企业2污水水样存在110种新污染物重合,主要涉及药物类、农药类有机化合物,且两种水样中响应值较大的新污染物的相对含量分布情况相似,特征分子指纹重合概率为0.71,说明二者的有机化合物成分高度相似。再结合二者的总磷、氟离子、化学需氧量和石油类指标特征相对一致,表明工业园地下水污染物主要来源于企业2。研究结果表明,非靶向筛查技术可用于鉴定环境中有机污染物的成分特征,为潜在多源、不明源排污等复杂情形下的环境损害因果关系判定提供有力的技术支撑。 |

| Identifying causality is one of the highly specialized challenges in environmental damage assessment.Through a case study on identifying the causal relationship between a pharmaceutical industrial park in Hubei Province and its downstream groundwater pollution,a technical system for identifying causality of environmental damage based on non-targeted screening technology was constructed,including four steps of environmental damage determination,homology analysis,migration path identification,and contribution analysis of environmental damage.The high-resolution mass spectrometry with non-targeted screening and conventional indicator testing were applied as technical means in the system.In the study,using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS),non-target screening of organic compounds was conducted on water samples from six potential pollution sources and receptor sites.The results revealed that 110 emerging contaminants overlapped between the receptor water samples and the wastewater of Enterprise 2,mainly involving pharmaceutical and pesticide compounds,the relative content distribution of emerging contaminants with high response was relatively consistent in both water samples,with a characteristic molecular fingerprint overlap probability of 0.71,indicating a high similarity of their organic compound composition.Furthermore,consistent pollution characteristics in TP,fluoride ions,chemical oxygen demand,and petroleum-based indicators between the two suggested that the downstream groundwater pollution was mainly caused by Enterprise 2.The research results show that the non-targeted screening technology can be used to identify the characteristics of organic pollutant components in the environment,providing strong technical support for determining the causality of environmental damage in complex situations such as potential multi-source and unknown-source sewage discharge. |
