基于走航监测的威海市VOCs污染特征分析

      为推进城市空气质量精细化管理工作的实施,实现VOCs污染源精准治理,利用质谱双通道分析系统,结合手工监测,于2022年9月对威海市重点区域进行了VOCs污染摸排。走航监测期间,VOCs浓度整体表现为工业园区>主城区>郊区,并且3类区域的VOCs组成差别较大。共发现52个异常点位,工业园区最多,占比高达88.5%。根据异常点位物种分析结果,威海市主城区异常点位VOCs主要来自加油站加油时的瞬时排放,郊区异常点位VOCs主要来自道路施工排放和汽修喷涂排放,工业园区VOCs主要来自有机化工、表面涂装、包装印刷等行业的无组织排放。根据臭氧生成贡献主要因子和B/T特征值,建议主城区应加强对机动车尾气排放、加油站油品挥发、化石燃料燃烧排放等的管控,郊区要重视对机动车尾气、工业溶剂挥发物等的排放管控,工业园区及工业企业较为集中的区域应主要对涉及溶剂使用、涂料使用等相关工艺过程的企业开展针对性排查和管控。

      In order to promote the implementation of fine urban air quality management and realize the precise control of VOCs pollution sources,the dual-channel mass spectrometry analysis system combined with manual monitoring was used to map VOCs pollution in key areas of Weihai City in September 2022. During the navigation monitoring period,the overall VOCs concentration was displayed as industrial park>main urban area>suburban area, and the VOCs composition of the three regions was significantly different. A total of 52 abnormal points were found,and the industrial park was the largest,accounting for 88.5%. According to the analysis results of abnormal point species,abnormal point VOCs in the main urban area of Weihai city mainly come from the instantaneous emission of refuting gas stations, the abnormal point VOCs in the suburbs mainly come from the emission of road construction and automobile repair spraying, and the VOCs in the industrial park mainly come from the unorganized emission of organic chemicals, surface painting, packaging and printing industries. According to the main factors contributing to ozone generation and the B/T characteristic value,it is suggested that the main urban area should strengthen the emission of motor vehicle exhaust,oil volatilization at gas stations,fossil fuel combustion,etc.,and the suburban area should pay attention to the VOCs emission of motor vehicles and solvent use. Industrial zones and areas where industrial enterprises are concentrated are mainly targeted for enterprises with related processes such as solvent and paint use.
