      通过CFD仿真发现,传统的气溶胶虚拟撞击器内层喷嘴偏转气流会与外层喷嘴加速气流形成干涉,引起外层喷嘴气流流态恶化甚至发生回流,最终导致采样效率低下。对此,设计了一种交错式喷嘴方案。对该方案气相流场及颗粒运动轨迹进行分析发现,内外层气流之间的干涉冲击减弱,喷嘴区域气流流动状态得到改善,且不同粒径颗粒对应的采样效率均有不同程度的提高,其中2~5 μm区间增幅较大,平均提高约20个百分点。在气溶胶试验舱中进行测试发现,与原始方案相比,交错式喷嘴方案对同粒径颗粒的采样效率平均提高了约24个百分点,与仿真结果接近,这进一步验证了交错式喷嘴方案的优化效果。根据弱流比、粒径以及采样效率之间的关系,该交错式喷嘴虚拟撞击器的最佳工况为弱流比>15%且采样粒径在2~5 μm范围内。

      Through CFD simulation,it is found that there is interference between the inner nozzle deflection flow and the outer nozzle acceleration flow of the traditional multi-nozzle aerosol virtual impactor,which leads to the deterioration and even reflux of the outer nozzle flow,and finally leads to low sampling efficiency. In view of this,a staggered nozzle scheme was designed,the airflow field and particle trajectory were analyzed. It was found that the interference between the inner and outer layers of air flow was weakened, the flow state in the nozzle region was improved, and the sampling efficiency of different particle sizes was increased to different degrees,among which the 2-5 μm range increased by an average of about 20 percentage points. Through testing in the aerosol experiment chamber,the staggered nozzle scheme showed an average improvement of about 24 percentage points in the sampling efficiency of the same particle size compared to the original scheme, which was close to the simulation results,further verifying the optimization effect. According to the relationship among weak-current ratio,particle size and sampling efficiency,the optimal working condition for the staggered nozzle virtual impactor is a low-current ratio greater than 15% and a sampling particle size of 2-5 μm.
