      为掌握超低排放改造后烟气处理装置对汞分布的影响,选择6台有代表性的超低排放火电机组进行现场测试。通过对火电机组入炉煤、炉渣、飞灰、脱硫石膏、末端烟气等样品的测试,得出不同燃烧产物中汞 的分布:底渣和湿除出水的汞含量极微;电除尘底灰中的汞所占比重相对较大,平均汞含量占燃烧产物中总汞的比例可达57.97%。 依据质量平衡原理,计算出不同超低排放改造工艺路线对汞的协同脱除效率为87.26%~95.60%,并分析了不同污染 控制设备对汞排放的影响。
英文摘要:
      In order to grasp the influence of the flue gas treatment device on the mercury distribution characteristics after the ultra-low emission reform, six typical representative coal-fired units were selected for testing. By testing samples of coal, slag, fly ash, gypsum, and end flue gas of the power units, and finished chemical analysis, the mercury content in different combustion products was obtained. The amount of mercury in slag and the water of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) was very small, and the proportion of mercury in eletrostatic precipitator(ESP) ash was relatively large, and the average mercury content accounted for 57.97% of the total mercury in combustion products. Using the mass balance principle method, the synergistic removal efficiency of Hg for different ultra-low emission reforming pollutants was calculated to be between 87.26% and 95.60%, and the effects of different pollutant control equipment on mercury emissions were analyzed.
