| 针对环境质量管理需求，提出了一种新的环境监测数据表征方法——时间轮盘表征图技术，研究了该方法的设计及功能实现，并给出了时间轮盘表征图在环境质量数据展示中的具体应用实例。实例表明该方法具有强有力的时态数据展示能力，可以更加有效地展示环境监测数据的周期性、时态性变化特征和趋势，使环境质量的变化对比更加直观、清楚。 |

| According to the requirement of the environment quality management, A new characterization method, time-roulette chart, for the presentation of environment monitoring data is put forward. The technical design and function realization of time-roulette chart were studied, and applied to environmental quality data characterization. Examples showed that the method has strong presentation skills for environmental monitoring data which have temporal features, it can display periodicity, temporal variation characteristics of environmental monitoring data more effectively, make the trends in environmental quality more intuitive and straightforward. |
